Ce joli pont à trois arches en pierre (1851) enjambe l'Almache à la sortie du village de Gembes, en direction de Porcheresse. Il doit son nom aux troupeaux de chèvres qui l'empruntaient autrefois pour aller brouter dans la campagne environnante. "Gade" signifie "chèvre" en wallon.
